Pre-Refund Request Guidelines
If you encounter an issue, please take the following steps, as most problems can be quickly resolved:
Review the installation guide and product documentation.
Explore the product’s support forum or community pages for possible issue resolutions.
Contact our Support team to allow us an opportunity to resolve your current issue.
Confirm that the template aligns with its intended use by referring to the official product description and demo site.
Refund Eligibility: When a Refund Will Be Given
Refunds will only be issued for the first purchase within the first 30 days under the following conditions:
The product is completely non-functional due to a verifiable bug in the original code.
The purchased item has a critical security vulnerability identified by the Geekslab team.
The purchased item has not been downloaded.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: When Not to Expect a Refund
A refund will not be issued if the request is based on the following:
You don’t want the item after you’ve downloaded it.
You are requesting a feature that does not exist on our demo site and/or is not listed in the product description.
The item was purchased at a discounted or promotional price.
The item did not meet your personal expectations or you feel the item is of low quality (we urge you to check the live demo before purchasing).
You simply changed your mind or bought an item by mistake.
You lack sufficient expertise to customize or implement the HTML template.
You assert eligibility but fail to provide adequate justification or evidence of a product fault.
Important Notice
Sharing licenses is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of the product will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your product license and account access.
What to Keep In Mind Post-Refund
Should you receive a refund, you will no longer have access to the premium product files you downloaded.
Following the refund, your license will be promptly deactivated.
Please be aware that depending on your financial institution and region, it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
